The insurance and billing department can assist you with any insurance and payment questions you have. We will file insurance claims as a courtesy only if you present your insurance card at the time of your appointment. You need to follow up with your insurance company to make sure the claim is processed. Any portion of the fee not covered by your insurance will become your responsibility.
