The Physicians of Rezin Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Have Elected to Resign From the Medical Staff at OSF Saint Elizabeth Medical Center in Ottawa

We would like to inform you of a recent decision we have made at Rezin Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. After much thought and consideration, we, the physicians of Rezin Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, have elected to resign from the medical staff at OSF Saint Elizabeth Medical Center in Ottawa. This change means that we are no longer providing orthopedic care at OSF Saint Elizabeth Medical Center. This was not an easy decision, but one that we felt was in the best interest of all parties involved.

Moving forward, we want to assure you that our presence in Ottawa and our commitment to providing the highest quality orthopedic care in the greater LaSalle County area will not change in any way. As we have for the past twenty years, we will continue providing comprehensive orthopedic services at our same Ottawa office, located at 1306 Gemini Circle. In fact, we have recently expanded our physician staff in Ottawa in order to serve all your orthopedic needs, regardless of age, address, insurance status, referral requirement, or primary provider. If you are seen for any orthopedic condition by the emergency room, the express care, or a primary provider at OSF, you can be assured that a prompt office visit with our orthopedic staff in Ottawa is only a phone call away!

For our patients who require hospital or surgical care, we are happy to offer several options where we are on staff, including Morris Hospital and Healthcare Centers, Deerpath Orthopedic Surgical Center in Morris, and Presence St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet.

We ask that you reassure your family and friends that Rezin Orthopedics and Sports Medicine continues to stand ready to meet all of their inpatient and outpatient orthopedic needs.
